Sailfish is a precious metals streams and royalties company focused on generating long-term value through strategic interests in high-quality gold assets across the Americas. Rather than operating mines directly, Sailfish leverages a capital-efficient business model, providing upfront financing in exchange for royalty and streaming rights on future production. Its current portfolio is anchored by the following two core assets:

1. an eleven-year gold stream with Mako Mining Corp.; and
2. a gold stream equivalent to a 3% NSR on the San Albino gold mine (~3.5 sq. km) and a 2% NSR on the rest of the area (~134.5 sq. km) surrounding San Albino in northern Nicaragua.
