Initially, through share repurchases, and now through a regular dividend that today provides an industry-leading dividend yield. On September 8, 2021 Sailfish unveiled its dividend policy and declared its inaugural quarterly dividend. The Board of Directors adopted a quarterly dividend policy for the Company of US$0.0125 per share. The first quarterly dividend of US$0.0125 per common share was payable on October 17, 2021 to Sailfish shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2021.
